Hi. At the registration form there is lines like Region and country and there is all countries in the world. Is there any possibility to leave one particular country at that lines?

Yes, you can manage countries and states via the menu System>Zones. Just unpublish the countries you don't want there and they won't be displayed.
You can also modify the default value of these fields via the menu Display->Custom fields.
