Difference in 'email customization' (Essent/Busin)

I was looking at the Hikashop features comparison chart.

I would like to know the difference between the ‘Essentials’ and ‘Business’ versions when it comes to customizing email.

In the Essential edition, there isn't the Emails menu in the System menu. That's where you can customize the look of emails as well as other options of the emails.

What are some typical instances of email sent by the cart?

I can only think of 'thank you for your order', and maybe password changes?

The order thank you email, the order confirmation email, the order admin notification email, the user registration email, the out of stock notification email and the wait list notification email.
More will come in the future based on the features will add.
