Need to edit css for c-panel orders list titles

Ive gone nuts trying to find the code to edit css for the cpanel customer orders list where you click on the order and get the detail of past order history as in my picture enclosed with this post. i bet i've screwed up either the text color or background color by previous edit or something- but i cannot find it. have been all thru the config/display/custom css section. anyone know which line or where to go????
