Change Confirmation Email After Purchase

I would like to add just a extra line in confirmation email and I'm just not sure where to go or which file to edit to add this extra line.

Hi,

The confirmation email sent to the user after the payment can be changed via the menu System->Emails in the Business edition.
However, if you just want to add some text, you could also override the translation of some of the text of the email via the translation override mechanism:

can you show a snapshot of what is possible to change or copy text to change?

this will help me decide to upgrade or not.

another question related same question:

i sell digital content, ebooks in a pdf file with password.

how can I change/configure the email sent to customer after payment done with paypal? since each ebook has a different password to open, i would like to give specific password in the download instructions email for each product.

possible with business edition?

You can change anything in the email and add php code easily.

For your second question, there is no option for that, but if you edit the email code and add some custom code I don't see why it wouldn't be possible.
