ONLY REGISTRATION SEE PRICES

I have Essential version now.

How can i configurate the hikashop, that only registered clients see our product prices. And guests only see the articles.

That can be done by configuring access levels to your prices when entering them in your products but that's only possible with the Business edition.

I see the Access Level Table, but how do you configurate it, so NON REGISTERED see the products but not prices, and REGISTERED can see both.

That screen is for the access to features of the backend.
That's not what I'm talking about.
Go edit one of your products. There, on the prices listing, there is an "access level" column with an icon for each price. Click on it and you will be able to tell the system for which group you want to display that price.

when one does this it is true that the prices only appear on registration but the problem is that those who are not registered see the word 'Free' instead of the price. I would like to replace the word 'Free' with 'Register to view prices'. How do I do this please?

You can replace that text, like any other text in HikaShop, via a translation override:
