Importing images through csv

I am tryin to import images through a csv file. BUt what it is doing is storing the image path as the image name and the image is then the default barcode image. how can i upload the proper image through the csv file?

You cannot upload images via the CSV. If you put the path of your file on your local computer, your website won't be able to reach it. It's impossible.

What you can do though is to put the name of your images in the CSV and then upload the images xto the folder media/com_hikashop/upload via FTP.
Then the images should be added automatically to the products.
