Go in the menu Display->Content modules, edit the module with the id 23 and change the layout type to "table" and you will see you products listing like that.
On that same option screen you will find the option "random" which must be turned off for that. Also, the pagination will only display if you have more products to display thant the "number of items" you specified on that screen.
