HikaShop geolocation plugin

How to set up api for HikaShop geolocation plugin, I put code in but get API returned error: Invalid API key.

So you went there ipinfodb.com/register.php then created an account and got your API key after clicking on the validation email ?
There is nothing else to do really. Are you sure that you didn't made a mistake in the code when writing it in the geolocation plugin API key option ? Or added some spaces at the beginning ot the end ?

Are you using the latest version of HikaShop with a ipinfodb api key which is less than a month old (the API changed before that so the API keys changed too) ?

OK it just start working I put in the whole script not just the key in the first place but corrected now.

My server is in USA and shop viewed here in the UK is fine but in USA it still in Sterling and doesn't show the dollars.

Did you configure the USA zone via the menu System->Zones so that its currency is USD ?

Also, clear your browser's cache and cookies when testing that because the zone/currency information is stored in the session the first time you display a page and isn't deleted until your session expires.
