Hallo Nicolas,

is it possible to offer a product with a special price for an time period?

like produkt A is offered in the frontpage with a sale of 50 % for one day. Maybe with a countdown of time and quantitiy?

Is this possible with the conten module?

I'm not Nicolas but yes, it's perfectly possible to set up "timed offers". You simply go to Hikashop -> Discounts -> New, enter all necessary information like the discount in % or a flat amount, the start and end dates of the promotion and the products or categories the promotion applies to.

If you want to have the discounted price shown in a specific content module you can set that in the content module options by going to Display -> Content Module -> choose the right content module and in the 'Parameters for Products' section you can choose to have the discounted price displayed.

I don't see any options to show a countdown timer or even the period for which the discount is valid so I would think no, but I will let Nicolas answer that to be sure

There is indeed no countdown displayed in that case.
We'll add that to the todo list (as a low priority for now).

...for me could be very useful, could be enought for me some module, where I can show product with countdown, where you can directly buy it, not just redirect to regular shop, but add to cart - and I am ready to pay for it
