how to send email with download instructions again

For some reason, most clients are not receiving an email with download link, even after being confirmed.

how can I send another email with download links again?

You can change the status of the order to created and then change it back to confirmed. In the popup, when you change it back, turn on the user notification and the confirmation email will be sent to the user with the download links.
