Shipping With a Flat Rate

Hi,
I need to manipulate the shipping and I'm not entirely sure how.
Basically, it's for a t-shirt company
You pay $6 shipping for the 1st shirt
Every shirt after that you only have to pay $3 per item.
Is there a way to factor this in somehow?

Yes. Set a weight of 1kg for all your products and then create several manual shipping methods with weight restrictions like that:

from 0 to 1.5kg => $6
from 1.5 to 2.5 kg => $9
from 2.5 to 3.5kg => $12
...etc...
