Login and registration

Greetings,
When a customer reaches the "Login or Create an Account" page, the only option is to register for a new account. There are no fields or links for just logging in, for someone who's already registered and created an account. Is this the same for others? Is there an option I should be clicking to provide for logging in on this page (as well as registering)?

In the Checkout tab of the configuration, you have the option "login" that should be turned on for that (that's the case by default).
