Hello,

How to make a costume field to add a 20,30,40% at the total price.
i can't use variants because they have allredy 3 fields in total 200 vars.

That can be done with a quantity price calculation override plugin. We have some documentation on that in the developer documentation here:

You will have to create a joomla system plugin which implement the price calculation override functions as explained in the documentation.
We have posted an example of such plugin here:

So you can base yourself on it in order to develop yours.

Like change price with variants or options.

It's done with lots of javascript.
You can look at the file "option" of the view "product" via the menu Display->Views if you want to see how we did it for options.
