Export CSV to Quickbooks issue?

I'd like to use Zed Axis to import the order CSV data file from Hikashop into Quickbooks.
The problem is the order items are laid out in columns on the SAME row e.g., item1...., item2....., item3..... etc
Zed Axis and Quickbooks need each line of the order (i.e., order items) to be on separate rows.

is there any way of changing the CSV export to accomplish this? I'm happy to pay for some custom work if necessary to make this happen.
Also, if anyone already has figured out another way of hooking up Hikashop with Quickbooks Premium 2010 UK, please let me know.

That would require that you edit the file "export" of the view "order" via the menu Display->Views as there is no option for that.
