Add user notes to orders

How can users add a comment to orders they place and how can i let them select a date (and possibly time) for delivery?

Hi,
You can go in the menu Display->Custom fields and create custom order fields which will be displayed during the checkout and affected to the order like we did on our demo website.
Custom order fields are only available in the Business edition of HikaShop.
