I have several products where the customer is able to customise them by adding one or more essential oils. I added dropdown lists of essential oils as options for these products. The problem I have is that when a customer adds one of these products to their basket, all options are shown, even if the customer hasn't chosen one (as shown in the attached Word doc. Is there a way to only display options that the customer has chosen?
I also have the same problem with the email the customer receives when they create an order (as shown in Word doc). In addition, the email states VAT instead of tax; how do I change this?
Any advice you could give would be much appreciated!
