Is possible to do some kind of product configurator that let my clients put their measures for printing material and then have the price calculated based on the area generated?
The thing goes like this:
I can set a base price for 1 square meter of material then the client put the width and height in the product options, upload their file and then the price is calculated, then the client goes to checkout.

For that, you will have to create custom fields of the table "item" via the menu Display->Custom fields (Business edition).
That will allow your users to enter information on product pages.
Then, you will have to create a quantity price calculation override plugin as explained here:
