How can I get noier url throught a dedicated component ? or can I look somewhere else ?

component/hikashop/service/

component/hikashop should not be displayed if you use joomla menus of the type hikashop. instead, the menu's alias should display.
That will happen only if you link directly to hikashop pages (or if you don't set a menu in your hikashop modules).

You can also use other SEF components to have different SEF URLs but that's another subject.

No, it just means that you need to configure properly the "menu" option of your module so that it is set to a hikashop categories listing menu.
