The FTP access that you provided does not work.

Hi guys,

I'm having a similar issue. When something is added to the cart it goes straight to a blank screen.

Options in the backend are set correctly and I've tried changing all the code suggested in this thread.

Has there been any development on what might've been causing billkarv's issue?

We managed to find the issue. For some reason if you at myurl.com you are redirected to a blank page after adding an item to the cart.

If you are at www.myurl.com then the cart works correctly.

Pretty sure it has to do with the site address we entered into the Joomla installation.

Just thought I'd let you know in case it is happening for anyone else.

myurl.com is not a real website. So we don't have any way to look at the problem on your website. On top of that, we don't have the problem on our end. So I can't say much unless you help us look at the issue first.

Yes you are right, for example if you click "add to card" at this link: christiantete-eshop.gr/category/29-initialiste-1
it redirects me at a blank/white page!
If you want you are free to test more products and see what it does.

That's because the live_site that you entered in your configuration.php file and the current URL of the website are not the same.

The add to cart works fine.

So either do not specify a live_site URL in your joomla configuration.php or make sure that users are redirected to that URL and don't use another one by adding htaccess rules to your website.
