Create discounted products menu

How can i create a menu ( page) of all my discounted products, for example, i want to create a page that says "Sales & Clearance" and i want to display all my items that are on sale? I already know how to apply discounts to products and they do show in their respective categories.

I think that you can maybe :

- create a category called for exemple "discounted products" for all of your discounted products

- create a menu through the "Menus" tab
- set the "Menu Item Type" to Products listing, the "Menu Title" to Sales & Clearance

- then go to "Hikashop -> Display -> Content menu -> 'Sales & Clearance'"
- set the "Number of columns" to 2 or 3 for a better look
- and set the "Associated category" to your "discounted products" category

I thought about it too, but the problem is that every time i create a discount for a product, i have to add that product to that " Discount Category " i created. I thougth maybe some kind of settings could do that.

There is no setting for that for now.

There is still no possibility for that.
But it's on our TODO list.

Is this off the to do list yet?

No. We just finished redoing completely the products and categories listing menu and module systems.
And we didn't want to add extra options like that before doing that.
So it's still on the todo list. I can't promise that it will be in the next release but it will be this year normally.
