Display the recently viewed items

That's what it does. It displays the latest products YOU viewed.
As you can see, the list of the products viewed is in the session of the user. Each user has a different session. So each one has his own list.

I'll have another go and see if I got the settings not quite right.

Nicolas, What happens if there is no "recently viewed" option?

It won't display the recently viewed products
It's probably because you're using an old version of HikaShop if you don't see that option.

It seems to be showing recently viewed for all visitors not the individual user.

The synchronization option needs to be turned off in your module for the recently viewed items to be displayed by the module. Otherwise, it synschronizes on the current category/current product/associated category in order to display the products.

Also, there was an issue with it in previous versions of HikaShop so you might need to update to the latest version if you have a problem with it with the synchronization turned off
