Hide / Chage number of available products.

It is possible to hide the number of products available on product page?
I also like to put a icon whit text to indicate "available" or "not available".

I think that you'll have to edit the quantity file of the product view of the template that you are currently using, in "Hikashop -> Display -> Views".

Hope this will help you a little.

Since i'm not a PHP professional, is simple to incorporate something like a button with the information of "Available" or "Unavailable"?

You don't need to be a PHP professional to override the translation of the stock text... It's really easy to do...You just need to follow the instructions in the link I gave.

You could for example add that override:
X_ITEMS_IN_STOCK="Available"
