Reminder Email to complete order

I have a client that would like the option of a reminder email being sent if the payment process is not completed or the cart abandoned before final checkout. The site will be a trade site, so not a genearl public shopping solution. Is this possible?

You can use our integration with AcyMailing Enterprise to create an AcyMailing auto filter which would send an email to the user after an order has not been confirmed after a few days.

When I send the unpaid orders through the abandoned cart, the link button to make the payment does not appear in the email.

Hi,

The abandoned cart tag doesn't add a link. You can potentially add manually to the newsletter a link to the orders listing of the customer where he will be able to click on the "pay now" button to pay for his order.
