Add to Cart AJAX still refreshes page?

Hi,

I turned "use Ajax add to cart where possible" and selected "always stay on the same page" in "After a product is added to the cart". Also i added the Add To Cart button on the product category listing as described in the this forum.

Still the page refreshes after adding a product to the cart, i can see the cart being updated through ajax just before the refresh, how can i avoid the page being refreshed?

Only when i choose "Stay and display a Pop-up Notice" the page does not refresh, I find the pop-up not so useful for my site.

Can I correct this? Thanks a lot :blush: for the great program and support so far.

Hi,

No, that cannot be changed. It is necessary to update the page for various reasons.

maybe this will be useful for somebody - you can enable ajax button and popup window, and then hide popup adding those lines in your css:

#sbox-overlay {
display: none;
}
#sbox-window {
display: none;
}
