CSV product upload

Hi

Trying to do my initial csv upload of all my products and have problems with the pictures. It finds the pic but doesnt show it, it shows the name of the file in the picture name but doesnt show the picture. Do you have any idea with I could be doing wrong?

Hi,

In your CSV, you need to put the name of the file (as you have done), and then, you need to upload your images in your upload folder via FTP. By default, the upload folder is media/com_hikashop/upload. However, if you changed it in the option "upload folder" under the tab files of the configuration of HikaShop, then you need to upload them to that folder.
Also, please make sure that you upload your files directly in that folder and not in a subfolder of that folder.

Ok, I am doing it on local host and hade saved them in the wrong com_hikeshop folder. working now. thanks!
