We do not offer money back on returned orders, can I refund the money back as a credit? So they would have an account with-in my site

Ex- they buy something and then return it, and when they go to purchase something else it will show the have a credit and automatically use the credit first.

If you want to handle credit, you will have to use our integration with AlphaUserPoints which will have to give credits to users and they will then be able to pay with their credits on the checkout:
