Paypal: Different surcharges for different zones

Hello, I'm a user of your HikaShop and we would like to sell products both nationally and internationally using Paypal.
Paypal charges a surcharge, 2.4% in Australia and 3.4% internationally. Obviously there is an option to set that surcharge in checkout methods. So we changed that around and then discover we couldn't have the 2.4% surcharge for the zone Australia and a 3.4% surcharge for every other zone at the same time. Is there any way to accomplish this task?

There is no way to do that. The payment fees options were added only in last release so you're lucky that you're already able to add them at all

I don't think that we'll add it. However, the simplest would be to have a PayPal2 plugin which would be a renamed version of the PayPal and then you could configure each one independently and restrict each one to a different zone.
