When our customers want to return merchandise, they need to request a RMA. Does anybody have some suggestions as to how to streamline this and does HikaShop perhaps have a feature geared towards this issue.

You could have a joomla article with a RMA PDF included in it so that the users could fill the PDF and return it to you ?
There is nothing in HikaShop. I suppose that other users are doing something more or less similar ?
