Show shipping & payment method order notification

Hi,

please how can i show shipping and payment method name on the order notification email ?
i tried

echo $data->order_shipping_method
echo $data->order_payment_method

but it shows "manual" / "banktransfer"
i would like to show the exact name for the current order

For payment, it's the exact same code with "payment" instead of "shipping"
