*SOLVED* Add button in Characteristics not working

Hi, I´m trying to set uo a shop and I can´t get the pop-up window in Characteristics to work.

Anyone that has an idé of what I´ve done wrong, tried in several browsers and it´s still not working.

The add button dosen´t work on any place, can I have made some settings wrong?

Can you please :

- Active the joomla debug mode ("Administration->Global configuration->System->Debug System/Language")
- Try to use the add button
- Tell me if it display an error message

Hi,

If the Add button doesn't work anywhere, it means that you have a plugin using jquery on your backend and that breaks the mootools javascript library which handle the popups.
I would recommend that you try to disable the system plugins one by one to see which one is causing that problem.
The extension jquery easy can most of the times fix these kind of issues so you could also try to use it.
