Hikashop installation for multiple domains issue was created by Odysyus
Hi, I am using Hikashop business and use the shopping cart on my website:
www.lushbeautytherapy.com.au/
This works great, however I also have a few other domain names which all point to the site above, such as:
However when I visit the site using any these domain names, the shopping cart does not work properly. For example you add a product to the cart and it does not appear in the cart immedaitely. If you then add another item to the cart, it then shows the item added previously, but not the current one?? It's only when you checkout that you get the complete list, which is really confusing to customers.
Can you please advise how I can fix this?
Thanks in advance

Please make sure that you have disabled all the caching on your website:
Disable the cache in Joomla configuration.
Site -> global configuration -> system -> "Cache settings".
Disable, if it's enabled, the joomla cache plugin.
Check your template' options for a potential cache option and deactivate it.
Also, make sure that the user synchronization plugin is enabled.
If that still doesn't help, try to change the session handler option of the joomla configuration.
