Stop charging sales tax on shipping

Apparently by default, Hikashop computes tax on shipping as well as on the cost of the goods themselves.

Is there a way to set it to what is normal practice of computation only on the goods, then having it display tax and shipping in the correct order on the checkout page?

(I tried editing Display=>Views checkout/cart.php and couldn't get good results. I ended up tracking down the edited copy of the file that the act of editing had created [in "templates/[template name]/html/com_hikashop/checkout"] and removing it to restore original behavior.)

OK, I think I got the calculation issue straightened out. Looks like something happened with the tax zones not being handled as expected.
With everything "in a row" the values are calculated as expected.

Still, it would be nice to have a simple switch that would reverse the display order of taxes and shipping.
