category module creates strange links

hello, i created a category module which shows all categories, always on all shop-pages except "checkout" for which was forced a menu, therefore i can select on the module options not to show there...

the trouble is, my starting page for the shop is a category view, and when i click on one of the categories, it goes to the products, and so forth, all working well and on all subpages the category module is showing. and now the strange behaviour: when i click on on of the categories on the category module, it creates a totally different link and on this linked subpages the category module does not show up anymore.

the links from shop-starting page "category view" are:
myurl.com/ online-shop/uebersicht/anti-aging-pills

the links from category module are:
myurl.com/ menu-item-for-category-listing-module-206/uebersicht/anti-aging-pills

i found out that when i change in module options details>menu to the online-shop menu, the link created by the category module is the same as in "category view" BUT then on all subpages the module appears without any content (= without the categories), just showing the title

any idea why this happens and how can i prevent this and achieve the needed behaviour?

I think the second thing you did is the right one. But you have to make sue that the "Synchronize with currently displayed item when possible" option is disabled.
If this doesn't work, please post some screenshots of your module configuration to spot what's wrong .

i disabled "Synchronize with currently displayed item when possible" and now it works
