Joomla users type editor - Hikashop edit

Hi, I am using hikashop as a catalog. I have created some users in joomla as an author, editors so that they could create or edit some articles that we have in the products in hikashop.
My problems is that when those users enter the site, they can see and modify the articles in joomla but when they want to access and modify the products from hikashop the symbol of the edit or create does not show.
How can we fix this problem?

Hi,

There is nothing to "fix". It's just not possible to edit/add products on the front end. That has to be done via the back end of Joomla.

I was wondering if by purchasing the commercial version of Hikashop may solve this issue?

No. We are working on a solution for that but it won't be available before several weeks.

Note that editing products on the front end is way more complex than editing a joomla article.
