After the update, the product was damaged, how do I fix this error?

1.
How did you configure your product ?
Do you have a lot of characteristics ?
Could you do a screenshot of the options of your product ?

2.
Did you change the show_block_dimensions file of the product view ?

3.
Can you give me a temporary access to your back-end by PM ?

download again HikaShop on our website and install again and that should fix the problem.
