Urgent Problem with Coupons

If i create a discount coupon and select all the products and 10 percent discount it has some errors to some baskets it adds a 20 % instead a 10 % and in others its allright any help ?. I observed the products that doubles are the oldest, the newest has not that problem, could it be and actuallization error?

Another thing is that if a client makes an order and cant pay it can he recover the order and try to pay again or has to repeat all the process again?

It has solved the problem on our end.

He sure can pay the order later. Via his user control panel, he can see his orders and if you activated the option "Payment of orders not paid immediately" of the configuration, he will see a "pay now" button for unconfirmed orders.

add coupon PROMO5
it should discount 5%
it discounts 10 %
Basket before actualization makes 10%
baskets after actualization makes 5% wich is correct
