Category Displays

Hi all

I created a category and inserted an image. When i save it i displays as a thumbnail images. I thought i could resize it in photoshop. Is there a way that i can upload or create an image for my category which would spread across the page. I have my differant categories on the main page under each other. The block that the category displays in is e.g 1200X 360 pixels. but the images is in the middle with open spaces on both sides. Any help please.

Hi,

In HikaShop > Configuration > Files, you can set the option "Thumbnail" to "No", by this way your images will not be resized.
Then you can apply some css properties in HikaShop > Configuration > Display "frontend css file".

You will maybe have to edit the view "category / listing_div" to edit the width and height properties.

In the Files/Images tab of the configuration, you can change the size of the thumbnails to what you want.
