Help, shipping methods not showing up after update

I just updated to the latest version of Hikashop and was getting ready to make the site live for the first time. However I just found out none of the shipping options are available in checkout, and the error banner at the top of the screen says "no shipping method found". I was using the UPS and USPS plugin and both were working prior to the update. Looking at the settings nothing seemed to change and I cant get the manuel option to work either???

Anyone......?? I have been playing with several things and none of the shipping options will work????

Shipping is working fine with 2.0 on our end.

If you don't see shipping methods on your checkout, it's because of one of these points:

Please check each one.
