[SOLVED] Product Display - Bankend

Hi,

Please find the attached Screenshot.



In the category marked in the screenshot, I've around 90+ products but I could see only 20 products in the backend. I could not find any next page button or number of items to display button.

In the frontend, I'm able to see all the 90+ products which I've limited to 10 per page in the configuration so there is a next button to go to the next page.

How could I see all the products in the backend?

Can you reinstall/Update Hikashop and try it again ?

Tried but found to be the same.

It sounds like something else is removing the pagination on your listing.

It's definitely not HikaShop as there is no option to do that and the pagination footer is always displayed, even when no products are found.

Do you see the pagination on other listings ?

One potential solution would be to increase the list_limit variable of the joomla configuration.php file to 100 so that it would list all the products on one page.

I've checked all areas of HikaShop.

Except Products, Orders, Affiliate Sales, Content Menu and Custom Fields; all other areas have pagination.

So it is not a common pagination problem.

Even in the HikaShop Demo backend also, there is no pagination found. :huh:

Please download again the install package and update and that will solve the problem.

It's actually not that the pagination is not there, but that on small screens the listing adapts by removing columns and there was a bug removing the footer because of the way the CSS was done.

And we didn't had the problem on our end because we were testing with screens with enough width and the pagination was there.
