shipping method not found

Hi i have a product in my shop and I set the weigth to 150g (but when i save it is 150.000), I set a manual shipping method that has a restriction on the weigth (min 1 max 250g).

If I set "force shipping method on weigth" to yes I can buy the product and i can see my shipping method but if i set to No i had an error "Shipping method not found"

I try to check the unit in the configuration to leave only "g" or only "g, Kg" but nothing change

I would like the system to check the weigth and assign the shipping method only if the maximum weight is 250g (max 1 product).
What is wrong?

Sorry if my question is stupid, but have you set the weight in the product page in the good unit ?
I tried on my end, and the weight limitation work fine.

i set 150g on my product page, but when i save it change to 150.000

in the configuration page (checkout tab) i set only "g" as unit, the i try also to set "g,Kg" but i have the same problem.

Hi,

I see that you have variants (Caratteristiche) and theses variant override some default product options, like the weight.
You have to edit your variants and specify the weight for each of them.
We already know that, sometimes, your variants have the same weight and the fix is already in our TODO list for the next release.

Yes, that is the problem, i set the weight for the variants and all works fine.
