Affiliate question

I have some questions regarding our shop
joomla 2.5.8
Hikashop 1.5.6

1) We want to start using affiliate program. We'd like to use affiliate settings per user but it doesn't matter what settings we use for customer. Only global setting are applied.

2)We have defined some zones for shipping according to countries and weight. All works fine for registered users. For unregistered users we get message "no shipping method available" although united states is the default country.

2. I think that you are getting this error message because your customer have to be registered to put their shipping/delivery address wich is requiered.

For registered users it's work. Bu I need to display shipping method for unregistered.

The problem is that your shipping method needs your customer delivery address, and your customers will have to login to put their delivery addresss.
My solution would be to : Allow your customer to buy your goods without registering .

If you want to have a checkout without registration but with address, you will have to have both "login" and "address" views in the checkout workflow. Then, in the Checkout tab of the configuration, you can change the option "registration" to "no registration" in order to remove the creation of a user account. Also,...

My problem in the affiliate program that I need to customize it per user, the global settings for affiliate program do work but when I customize it per user it doesn't work ! Can you please help with that ?

I am changing the settings per user, but it doesn't affect the affiliate settings for the user - only the global settings work .

I would recommend to update HikaShop. We've fixed that issue last year in one of the releases of the end of the year.
