How I change the show product code?

Hi,

I'm working right now in this page,

but I wont edit this code page, but I dont find the file, some one can help me?

Hi,

If you want to edit your product page, you'll have to:
- Go to "Hikashop->Display->Views"
- Edit the "Show_default" file of the "product" view of your front-end template.

Hope this will help you.

I try several times, but nothing change.

my last try I use this code

but the alert does not exist in the source code of page.

1. Are you sure that you are in an HIKASHOP product page ?
2. Are you sure that you are editing the good file of the good view of the good front-end template ?

Im in this folder : ./components/com_hikashop/views/product/tmpl
And Im editing this file : show_default.php

Hi,

Please do not edit files directly, you should use the override interface in HikaShop.
Editing directly the file have several bad effects:
- The override have an higher priority so you're modification would not be display if there is already an override.
- You would loose all of your modification when updating HikaShop.

So please check which template is used by your front-end and edit the right view (for the right template) in the HikaShop backend (Display > Views).

i try add one option to select on top of select box with text "SELECT A CHARACTERISTIC", i find the printer in the line 89 of that file

But i dont know how can I add that,
