Do not show Free products was created by stephmor74
Hello,
Is it possible without hard coding to disable showing of products where the price is 0.00 ? As our client does a 9000 item import and but some of them are their own references etc and therefore a price of 0.00. Now we do not want to show these.
If not, can you tell me what files need modifying?
Many thanks
Tony

Hi Tony,
My solution would be do it through your database with an SQL request where you'll unpublish all your free products.
Hope this will help you.

What I have done to find the correct column and formatting is to make a test product which meets the same criteria as the ones in the 9000 list,
so
Test Discription, £0.00, partnumber=001
and manually change it to not show on website. Then export this as an csv and it will show you the field name that makes the part not shown.
Then going through the 9000 list make a new column with that same code in it.

Thanks guys,
I was hoping I could do a template override and unset all free products from being listed.
But instead, I created a MySQL Event to run every 3 minutes. That un-publishes all products where the price = 0.
Regards
Tony
