Shipping cost if you pay less than 200 euro

Hi,
Planerbe Srl bought HikaShop and we are very happy, it's a fine program.
But I have a little problem...could you help me?

I would like insert a control for minimum price to pay the shipping cost.
If an user buy products for more than 200 euro, the shipping cost will be 0,00 otherwise the
shipping cost wil be 15,00 euro.

I found in your forum (Hika Shop) some tread but I don't understand if, that I would like to do, is possible in the backend of Hike Shop or
I need to insert one row in php for create the control.

Example:
I Have 3 prices for each product:
- product 1 (price A for TypeOfUser1, price B for TypeOfUser2, price C for TypeOfUser3)
- product 2 (price A for TypeOfUser1, price B for TypeOfUser2, price C for TypeOfUser3)
- product n (price A for TypeOfUser1, price B for TypeOfUser2, price C for TypeOfUser3)

Never mind if the user buy 200 euro of the same or different product:

-- TypeOfUser1 --> 50 euro product 1 + 10 euro product 2 + 40 euro product n = total 100 euro + 15,00 of shipping cost
-- TypeOfUser2 --> 200 euro product 1 + 100 euro product 2 + 100 euro product n = total 400 euro + 00,00 of shipping cost
-- TypeOfUser3 --> 180 euro product 1 = total 180 euro + 15,00 of shipping cost
-- TypeOfUser4 --> 300 euro product 1 = total 300 euro + 00,00 of shipping cost

Hi,

That's easy. Just create two manual shipping methods. One with a minimum price of 200.01 euros and a price of 0 and a second one with a maximum price of 200 euros and a price of 15 euros. Make sure that you turn on the "include virtual product prices" option in the shipping methods.

does not work...I'had just create one manual shipping (maximum price 200; price 15,00), now I create the other manual shipping but I always see the shipping cost = 15,00....help! Where am I wrong?

WITH COST
Active = yes
type of VAT = nothing
price = 15,00
use price of product = no
max price = 200,00
with tax = no
include virtual price for product = yes


WITHOUT COST
Active = yes
type of VAT = nothing
price = 0
use price of product = no
min price = 200,01
with tax = no
include virtual price for product = yes

Your configuration seems to be correct, could you give us a screenshot of these shipping methods configurations ?
Are you using the weight ?

Can you give us your checkout configuration too ?

Before, I saw always the shipping cost (15,00) because I set price for payment = 15,00 (all payment: HikaShop collect on delivery payment plugin, HikaShop bank transfer payment plugin , HikaShop Paypal payment plugin ).
After your response, i set the price = 0,0 and now the shipping cost is always null (0,00).

Now i try again...

I set true in global configuration "force shipping according weight".
