13 years 9 months ago #86261 by mahobi
Hi,
I would like to add a payment method that has been provided to me. There is only php files and instructions on how to configure it. Please help me get this up and running so that I can use this as my payment method when i checkout of hikashop. The files are located here: developer.pesapal.com/how-to-integrate/samples-downloads

Thank you.

Hi,

Integrate "pesapal" payment plugin requires PHP skills and could not be done in few minutes.
You can contact the HikaShop team using the "Contact Us" form and post a message in the commercial job section or look at a PHP developer in other website like joomlancers.

Regards,

Hi,

No there is not yet pesapal plugin for HikaShop.
I add it on the TODO list. As there is already about 50 waiting payment plugin, if you need it quickly I suggest to post a request in the commercial jobs section of the forum or ask to a third developer.

Here is the developer documentation:

Hi,

For anyone reading this: the plugin discussed here now exists, the Pesapal payment plugin.

It uses the current Pesapal API 3.0. At the end of the checkout the customer is sent to the Pesapal payment page and pays with M-Pesa, Airtel Money, a card or the other methods of your account, then comes back to your shop.
