problems with pagination

I have a vertical menu maximenu CK! Access to products is done through it, but I have a problem. Pagination only appears in the categories. when I click on a category to display products pagination disappears and I am unable to access all products.

Have you edited any view like "product / show" ?
Do you have choose a menu for the associated module configuration ?

i didn't change de product/show!

I put the home page as a list of categories and if i access the list of products through there runs fine.the products anda categories appear automaticly but the same does not happen when I access the products through vertical menu (maximenu).the categories appears but de products dont! I dont now why! To better explain, I did not create any menu in joomla, i put maximenu module automatically on the left in position 7 of my template, for that i creat a hikashop content module to provide on main (position 12)! when i do that the list of products appears without the pagination even whem i access through home!so if i choose one or another method i have always a problem! I do not know what to do. I hope you can help me!

Hi,

I think that in the maxi menu,you need to select the HikaShop menu where you want to direct your users when they click on the links of the maxi menu module. If it's not done or not done correctly, I think that it could lead to that problem.

I would recommend to contact maxi menu support to confirm that with them and get directions on how to select that menu in maxi menu as I've never used maxi menu so I can't tell you exactly.
