proceed to checkout button option missing

I do not have an option to choose weather to display a proceed to checkout button. I updated this morning.

There is no proceed to checkout button option for the mini cart. You can deactivate the mini cart option and that will display the proceed to checkout button option.

For forum reference the mini cart does not have a button option. Regular cart has the button and works great for me.
