Show product options ordered by categories

Hi, there's any way to show the available options (more products to add to the cart) for one product ordered by categories, when there're a lot of them?

I have attached a picture, what I want to do is to fill all the required fields and then select all the products for the same order, basically I need to show all the products ordered by categories and subcategories to make the search easier for the customer instead of showing just the product name. I don't know if this is possible.

I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to do ? I'm lost between the categories, the products and the options in your message.
Could you explain again ?
Also, what is the screenshot you gave ? The checkout ? Is the "order /get quote" button the register button ? What are the dropdowns below it ? Custom order fields ?
