messed up language

Holy crap something bad happened.

I was editing the language file under Configuration and something happened and now the front end is looking bazaar:

Instead of just showing the name of the product, it's showing this:
PRICE_BEGINNING$1.00 PER_UNITPRICE_END

Also, in Joomla, its showing "hika" infront of EVERYTHING that is in hikashop.

What on earth did I do?

It means that you broke the translation file and because of that joomla is not able to load it anymore.
Go in the configuration and in the languages tab, edit your translation file, load the latest version from the server and save.

That will reset the translation file text to the default text and fix your problem.

As we explain in the documentation, instead of editing the translation file directly, copy/paste the translation strings in the override area below. That way you won't loose your modifications when you update and you won't break all the translations with your modifications.

This happened to me right at the beginning, right from the initial installation. So glad to find this post.

I think that we fixed this issue, can you :
- Go to your translation file
- Use the "Load the last..from Hikahop" button
- Save

Then it should do the job.
