Morning All
I have been searching this forum and find most of the answers I have needed so far. But there is one question I just cant work out, more to do with my lack of CSS skills.
I would like to steam line the filter search box to fit into the menu bar at the top and macht the size of the buttons in the menu bar. Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
With a link it would be easiest.
I think that you have to change the position of the class "hikashop_filter_main_div".
Like ".hikashop_filter_main_div{ position: relative; top: -20px;}"
Here is some documentation for css issues:
www.hikashop.com/fr/support/documentatio...ize-the-display.html

Thank you for your reply.
I am still not sure what you mean, as my CSS skills are limited. Currently the site is offline but if you PM me I will give you access to view it.

You can try to add this property with "!important", like:
In Configuration > CSS > frontend css file.
This should work
Code:
.hikashop_filter_main_div{ position: relative; top: -20px !important;}
This should work

Did something moved?
You should do a right click on the search box and use the "inspect element" function of your browser.
You will then be able to see the class or id of the element. Just use this class to do whatever you want.

You have to add your css to the front end css file in System>Configuration>Display>CSS
For example with your id:
